ACCOUNT(S) REVIEW

If you aren’t currently using QuickBooks to manage your accounts, our first step is to convert your existing financial records to the software. If you are currently using QuickBooks, we will review your account to ensure everything is set up properly. In addition, we will:

• Compile accurate records of donors, stakeholders and vendors contact information
• Create and configure your chart of accounts to align with operation goals and objective
• We will set up automated bank rules for easy reconciliation and create data feeds for existing bank and credit accounts

With over 7 years of experience working with nonprofit organizations, we have extensive experience in fund accounting, so you will have the confidence that your donations are being allocated to the appropriate fund/program and corresponding expenses tracked appropriately. We will also provide donation reporting and receipting as necessary.

• Entering account receivables and payables on a regular basis

• Reconcile bank statements and credit accounts
• Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable 
• Provide financial income and expenses report to support overall strategic plans and goals
• Provide statement of financial positions that support long term planning

 We want to help make sure that your staff are paid right and on time. 

• Support all staff in keeping accurate time records
• Ensure accuracy of time records to avoid delays in salary payments
• Provide payroll processing support services via ADP or other outsourced payroll service

• Provide financial statements to accountants and auditors to prepare all applicable statutory filings
• Compile and provide year end donor statements to respective donors and stakeholders
